Conservatory cleaning



I can clean conservatories, including the roofs, sun-rooms, verandahs etc. A well kept conservatory improves the look of your home and adds value if kept in good condition.

However, conservatories can show dirt and grime very quickly, thus giving your property a negative appeal if neglected. Periodic cleaning ensures that algae and dirt build-up on conservatory roofs and gutters is controlled, avoiding those unsightly green stains and loss of light inside, which, if left untreated, can become increasingly difficult to remove.

Using pure water/commercial cleaning product to remove traces of discolouration and dirt I can leave you a conservatory looking almost as good as new. I will:-

  • remove debris from gutters - to avoid potential blockages and dirty rain water building up and spilling down on to the windows and frames
  • wash gutters inside and out
  • handwash all external plastic, glass and polycarbonate
  • handwash all external plastic
  • wash down all glass and polycarbonate with pure water.

It is advisable to have conservatory roofs cleaned every 6 months.

PRICING

Prices for cleaning conservatories vary according to the size of the conservatory. If the windows and frames are being cleaned regularly as part of the routine window cleaning and all you need cleaning is the roof and guttering then my prices start from £30 for a small conservatory to £50 for a large one.

Gutter Cleaning

Gutters are an important part of your home's weatherproofing system. For many home owners, their guttering is a secondary concern. Don't make that mistake! I know it is very filthy job and gutters can be difficult to reach but it is important that you maintain a free-flowing gutter system as your gutters prevent rain from running down the walls and into the foundations, stops staining and keeps pathways ice-free in winter time.

I provide a gutter cleaning service that will remove dirt and debris from your guttering and I will also wash them down to remove any dirt and algae.

In order to keep your guttering in tip-top condition I recommend that you have your guttering checked and cleaned at least once a year. if you live near large trees then you may need to have the guttering checked out more often.

Soffit board cleaning

As you can see from these photographs, cleaning and proper maintenance of the soffit boards can make a massive difference to the outside appeal of your property.

UPVC cleaning

Using pure water and telescopic poles it is now possible to clean virtually all cladding and uPVC surfaces.
